Our registrations go through SQM Time. Here you need to create your own account. This allows you to adjust your registration after you have registered. You can also easily arrange a change of distance, cancellation or submitting your registration certificate yourself.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS

You must cancel the competition yourself via your SQM Time account. We apply the following conditions:

Unsubscribe before January 1, 2026: 100% return
Unsubscribe before April 1, 2026: 65% return
Cancellation after April 1, 2026: no return

You also have 2 options:
- You will receive the registration fee back in credits (to be used on all events on the SQM Time calendar).
- You will receive the registration fee in cash on your bank account, this has a cancellation fee of 1 euro + 5%, excluding VAT
